Abby presides over my crop of used DVDs from Cheapo Discs. I needed a burst of fresh entertainment (because I own relatively few DVDs) while I while away the week and a half until my new computer arrives at long last!

Picked up 2001, cause it’s been on my mind, Husbands which is probably my favorite Cassavettes, and Scott Pilgrim, about which I shall brook no truck, unless, of course, it’s glowingly positive truck (which sounds like a Flaming Lips EP, presumably made out of multiple jellybeans which you have to eat in a group of people, that makes music pour like light out of everyone’s eyes. I think I read about it on Pitchfork).

And, topping the bill, 40 episodes of fan favorites from The Twilight Zone. I’m gonna make it after allllll….
